To place an order for a custom set, you must email or text me to check my availability for the date requested. If available, I will email you my contract which will go over my policies and explain how to pay the 25% deposit that is required to book your date. 

My custom cookies are $66/dozen with a one dozen minimum. 25% is due up front and the remaining balance is due one week prior to event. 

I do not offer shipping at this time. Cookies are pick up ONLY at my residence in St. John's Florida. My address is listed on my contract. (St. Augustine/Jax area)

My cookies come individually heat sealed in clear bags and will stay fresh for about 2 weeks at room temperature. If needed later than 2 weeks from purchase, they can be frozen. To freeze: place cookies in a container and place entire container into freezer. To thaw: remove container from freezer and do not touch cookies until completely thawed. If condensation occurs, disturbing them could cause smudging.

Key Lime Pie cookie:

Flour, brown sugar, sugar, butter, egg, sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, milk powder, heavy cream, lime zest, baking powder, salt, graham crackers.

Apple Pie cookie:

Flour, sugar, brown sugar, butter, egg, vanilla bean paste, freeze dried apples, cinnamon graham crackers, baking powder, cinnamon, salt.

Caramelized Lemon cookie:

Flour, sugar, brown sugar, egg, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking powder, salt.

Vanilla Royal Icing: 

Meringue powder, powdered sugar, corn syrup, vanilla extract, salt, water.
